Privacy Policy

What I collect. When you fill out the consult form, I collect your name, email, phone number, city, the services you're interested in, your goals, fitness level, equipment, start timeline, and availability. Clients also complete an intake form with training history, health, and lifestyle details so I can build their program.

How it's used. Only to respond to you, recommend the right service, build and adjust your program, and communicate about your training.

Payments. Payments are handled by Stripe. I never see or store your full card details.

Sharing. I don't sell your information. It's stored with the services I use to run my business, such as Google Forms and Stripe, and is only shared if required by law.

Your choices. Email me any time to update or delete your information.
