Terms of Service

Services. Truman Curry offers self-guided base programs, online coaching, online mobility coaching, in-home training, in-home mobility sessions, and group mobility classes. Each service's current details and pricing are listed on the Coaching page.

Payments. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Coaching services are sold as 3- or 6-month commitments, billed either monthly or paid in full. Paid-in-full options include a 10% discount for 3 months or a 15% discount for 6 months. In-home mobility sessions are sold individually or as 5- and 10-session packs, paid in full at purchase.

Refunds and commitments. You may cancel for a full refund within 3 days of your initial purchase. After 3 days, you're committed to the full term you purchased. Canceling a monthly-billed commitment early doesn't stop the remaining payments for that term.

Base programs. Base programs are digital products delivered by email and are final sale. They're not eligible for refunds.

Session packs. In-home mobility 5-packs expire 3 months after purchase, and 10-packs expire 6 months after purchase. Unused sessions can be transferred to another person any time before the pack's expiration date. Packs are refundable only within 3 days of purchase. After that, unused sessions can't be refunded, including after expiration. Scheduling and late-cancellation terms are provided when you book.

Health and safety. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have injuries, medical conditions, or are pregnant. You're responsible for training within your limits, using equipment safely, and telling me about any pain, injury, or health change. By participating, you accept the inherent risks of physical activity.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Truman Curry isn't liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from use of any program or service.

Changes. These terms may be updated. The current version is always posted on this page.
